We need an AI Engineer to help our clients apply business logic to find valuable automation opportunities. In this role, you will work directly with business owners, deconstruct messy business logic, and construct production-grade automation systems.
What You'll Do
You will take end-to-end ownership of turning business requirements into working, testable AI agents.
Client Workflow Discovery
Work directly with SME owners to figure out where AI actually saves them time and money.
Problem Deconstruction
Ask targeted questions to turn a messy business problem into a defined, testable workflow.
Lean Stack Engineering
Build, test, and improve lightweight AI agents using tools like n8n, GitHub, and Cloudflare to keep our stack lean and effective.
Process Ownership & Alignment
Take ownership of the entire process from discovery to a measurable outcome, explaining technical limitations honestly to non-technical stakeholders.
Who You Are
We are looking for builders who combine data engineering rigor with practical LLM application experience.
Technical Foundation
A few years of experience in data engineering or machine learning, alongside practical experience building AI agents and LLM-enabled applications.
Structured Problem-Solving
A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly.
Client Facilitation
Previous client-facing experience to facilitate discovery sessions and train users to adopt these solutions confidently.
